Upon receipt of payment for the relevant Deliverable, Vendor hereby irrevocably assigns to Client all right, title, and interest, worldwide, in and to the Work Product, including all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights therein. "Work Product" means all software, source code, object code, documentation, designs, specifications, data, and other materials created by Vendor specifically for Client under this Statement of Work. Vendor expressly waives, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all moral rights in the Work Product, including without limitation any rights under Section 57 of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 (including the right of paternity and the right of integrity), and agrees not to assert any such rights against Client or any successor or assignee of Client. Vendor shall execute any further documents reasonably required to perfect this assignment and the foregoing waiver.
