Worql holds one engagement’s agreement, its authorized changes, the delivery evidence behind them, the client decisions taken against that evidence, and the billing state that follows. Each fact is attributable to the party that asserted it, and the baseline is amended, never rewritten.

One subscription covers your firm
A subscription attaches to the organization that owns the engagements, not to a person and not to a project. Vendor-side seats are unlimited on both plans, so delivery leads, commercial leads and finance all work from the same record without a per-user charge.
Your client pays nothing to take part
When you invite a client onto an engagement, they claim it into their own organization. Reading what you share, raising questions, and recording decisions needs no Worql subscription and uses none of your seats. A client who wants the buy-side review layer on one engagement can unlock it themselves for a one-time $49.
Recording a change is never metered
Engagements are unlimited on both plans, and an authorized amendment never consumes your monthly allowance. Keeping the baseline accurate is the behaviour the record depends on, so it does not compete with your bill. Only assembly work is metered: new SoW assemblies, Quote Guard reviews, and repository delivery checks.
A card is required. Eligible first-time subscribers receive a 30-day free trial, are not charged until it ends, and can cancel any time before then. Billed monthly in USD. Annual terms are available by arrangement.
