Acceptance and Testing

Upon delivery of a Deliverable or milestone, Client shall have {{ACCEPTANCE_PERIOD_DAYS}} days to review it against the acceptance criteria in the SOW. If the Deliverable materially conforms, Client shall accept it ("Acceptance"). If it does not, Client shall notify Vendor of the material non-conformities, and Vendor shall correct them and redeliver within a reasonable period, after which the review process repeats. If Client does not provide notice of acceptance or rejection within the review period, the Deliverable is deemed accepted. Acceptance does not waive any express warranties in this SOW.
