Change Control / Change Orders

Either party may request a change to the scope, Deliverables, timeline, or fees of an SOW by written notice. Vendor shall, within a reasonable time, provide a written change order describing the impact on scope, schedule, and fees. A change order is effective only when signed by both parties, and until then the parties continue performing under the existing SOW. No change increases Vendor's fees or extends the timeline unless documented in a signed change order.
