Notices

Notices under this Agreement must be in writing and sent to the addresses in the SOW or as updated by notice: to Client at {{CLIENT_NOTICE_ADDRESS}} and to Vendor at {{VENDOR_NOTICE_ADDRESS}}. Notices are effective on receipt if delivered personally or by courier, or on confirmed delivery if sent by email to the designated address, except that notices of breach, termination, or indemnification claims must also be sent by courier or other trackable means.
