Order of Precedence

In the event of conflict among the documents comprising this Agreement, the following order of precedence applies, unless a document expressly states that it overrides these terms for a specific, identified provision: (1) the body of these terms; (2) any schedule or exhibit; and (3) the applicable SOW, except that an SOW controls as to deal-specific commercial details (such as scope, fees, milestones, and timeline) that it is intended to specify.
