Scope of Work / Deliverables

Vendor shall perform the Services and provide the Deliverables described in each SOW. Each SOW shall identify the scope, Deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, timeline, fees, and any assumptions or dependencies. Services outside the scope of an executed SOW are addressed through USI_COM_CC. In the event of conflict between an SOW and these terms, the order of precedence in USI_COM_OOP applies. Vendor shall perform the Services in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with applicable industry standards.
