Term and Termination

These terms begin on the Effective Date. Each SOW begins on its SOW Effective Date and continues until that SOW is completed or terminated as provided here. Either party may terminate these terms or an SOW for the other party's material breach that remains uncured {{CURE_PERIOD_DAYS}} days after written notice. Either party may terminate for the other's insolvency or cessation of business. Client may terminate an SOW for convenience on {{CONVENIENCE_NOTICE_DAYS}} days' written notice, in which case Client shall pay for Services properly performed and non-cancelable commitments incurred through the termination date. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations accrued before termination.
