Warranties

Vendor warrants that the Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with applicable industry standards, and that for {{WARRANTY_PERIOD_DAYS}} days after Acceptance the Deliverables will materially conform to the specifications in the SOW. As Client's exclusive remedy for breach of the conformance warranty, Vendor shall, at no additional charge, correct the non-conforming Deliverable or, if it cannot do so within a reasonable time, refund the fees paid for it. Except as expressly stated, and to the extent permitted by law, each party disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
