Clause body

Upon delivery of each Deliverable, Client shall have {{REVIEW_PERIOD_DAYS}} business days to review and either (a) accept the Deliverable in writing, or (b) provide written notice of specific, material non-conformities with the acceptance criteria set forth for that Deliverable. If Client does not provide written rejection within the review period, the Deliverable shall be deemed accepted. Upon receipt of a rejection notice, Vendor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the identified non-conformities within ten (10) business days and resubmit the Deliverable for review. The foregoing process shall repeat for no more than two (2) cycles; thereafter, the parties shall meet in good faith to determine whether continued correction or termination of the affected Deliverable is appropriate.
