Change Orders

Any change to the scope, Deliverables, timeline, or fees set forth in this Statement of Work shall be documented in a written change order signed by authorized representatives of both parties. No change order is effective until so executed. Vendor shall not be obligated to perform work outside the agreed scope, and Client shall not be obligated to pay for such work, absent an executed change order. Verbal agreements, Slack messages, and email exchanges do not constitute a change order.
