Dispute Resolution (AAA)

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Statement of Work shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules then in effect. The seat of arbitration shall be {{ARBITRATION_CITY}}. The number of arbitrators shall be {{ARBITRATOR_COUNT}}. The language of the arbitration shall be English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation for {{NEGOTIATION_PERIOD_DAYS}} days before commencing arbitration.
