Clause body

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Statement of Work, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of SIAC in force at the time of the notice of arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The number of arbitrators shall be {{ARBITRATOR_COUNT}}. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and judgment thereon may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation for {{NEGOTIATION_PERIOD_DAYS}} days before commencing arbitration.
