Entire Agreement

This Statement of Work, together with any exhibits and executed change orders, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, and communications, whether written or oral. Any modification must be in a writing signed by authorized representatives of both parties. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
