Clause body

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Statement of Work (other than payment obligations) to the extent such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, pandemic, natural disaster, or failure of the public internet or power grid. The affected party shall promptly notify the other party and use commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact. If a force majeure event continues for more than thirty (30) consecutive days, either party may terminate this Statement of Work on written notice without further liability except for amounts accrued prior to termination.
