Non-Solicitation

During the term of this Statement of Work and for twelve (12) months thereafter, neither party shall, directly or indirectly, solicit for employment any personnel of the other party who was materially involved in the performance or receipt of the Services. General advertisements not specifically targeted at such personnel shall not be deemed solicitation.
