Warranty

Vendor warrants that for a period of {{WARRANTY_PERIOD_DAYS}} days following Client's acceptance of each Deliverable (the "Warranty Period"), such Deliverable will materially conform to the specifications set forth in this Statement of Work when used as intended. Vendor's sole obligation, and Client's sole remedy, for breach of this warranty is for Vendor to correct the non-conforming Deliverable at no additional charge. This warranty does not apply to defects caused by (a) modifications made by anyone other than Vendor, (b) use of the Deliverable in combination with products not supplied or approved by Vendor, or (c) use outside the intended scope.
